Every ping, a paid booking.

Pinglo replies to every WhatsApp, Instagram and website message in seconds. It offers only the courts that are really free, holds the one they pick and takes payment. So your courts fill up, even at midnight.

The problem

Enquiries don't keep opening hours.

Someone asks for a court at 22:47. Nobody's at the desk, so they message the club down the road too. By the time you reply in the morning, the court and the customer have both gone.

What missed messages cost you

6

LKR 104,000 a month in bookings that went somewhere else.

Your numbers, not ours.

Pinglo answers every one of them. In seconds.

How it works

From ping to paid, in one chat.

  1. 01

    Ping

A customer messages your club on WhatsApp, Instagram, LINE or your website: “Any court tomorrow evening? There are 4 of us.”

  2. 02

    Offer

Pinglo checks your real calendar, with its opening hours, closures and bookings. It offers only the times that are really free, at the prices you set.

  3. 03

    Hold

They pick 19:30. The court is held for them for ten minutes, so nobody else can take it while they pay.

  4. 04

    Pay

A secure payment card arrives in the chat. The money goes straight to your own Stripe or PayHere account.

  5. 05

    Play

Paid means confirmed, and never before. They get a confirmation, then a reminder before they play. Lights on.

Guardrails

An assistant with guardrails, not an imagination.

Like the glass around a court, the rules are built in. Pinglo can only say and do what your club's real data allows.

  • It can't invent a time.

Every time it offers is checked against your live calendar, and checked again the moment someone books.

  • It can't invent a price.

Prices come from your own list, exactly as you set them. It won't discount, round or bundle.

  • No double bookings.

Two people can never hold the same court. The check happens in the database, under a lock, not in the AI's head.

  • Paid is the only way to confirmed.

A booking is confirmed when the payment lands. Not when someone says they've paid.

  • It knows when to hand over.

Refunds, complaints, discounts and anything unusual go straight to your team, with the whole conversation attached.

  • Private by default.

It never discusses one customer's bookings with another. Returning customers confirm who they are with a one-time code.

Everywhere they message you

One assistant on every channel your customers already use.

  • WhatsApp On your club's number, through the official Business Platform.
  • Instagram Direct messages, answered in the same thread.
  • LINE For clubs whose customers live there.
  • Your website A chat bubble in your colours, with your logo. One line of code.

Questions owners ask

Is this just a chatbot?

It's a booking assistant. It can check your calendar, hold a court and send a payment request, and it only says what your club's own data supports. Anything it isn't sure about goes to your team.

Do I need a new booking system?

Pinglo includes one: your courts, opening hours, closures and prices, with a calendar your team can work from. Walk-ins and phone bookings go in from the dashboard, so there's one place that knows what's free.

What if a customer wants to talk to a person?

They get one. The assistant hands over with the whole conversation attached, and anyone on your team can take over a chat at any moment.

How do payments work?

Customers pay by card through your own Stripe or PayHere account, from a card sent in the chat. Pinglo never holds your money. A booking is confirmed only once the payment has actually arrived.

Can it double-book a court?

No. Every hold is checked inside the database under a lock, so two customers can never hold the same court at the same time, whichever channel they came from.

Will it make things up, or offer discounts?

It can only quote the times your calendar says are free and the prices you've set. Requests for discounts, refunds or exceptions go to your team rather than being improvised.

Does it work in my timezone and currency?

Yes. Times are always shown in your club's own timezone, and prices in the currency you set them in.

What does it cost?

We're agreeing pricing with our first venues directly, based on how they work. Tell us about your club and we'll talk it through.
